Soda blasting is a fast and gentle method of removing paint, carbon, surface rust etc. It neither warms up / stretches sheet metal, and does not damage glass, rubber or plastic.

The soda media is environmentally friendly. It is not dangerous but may be harmful if inhaled as dust. So always use P2 respiratory protection, hearing protection, and eye and facemask when blasting.

Use with air compressors with at least a 180 litre air / min rating, and always use a water trap. Replacement soda media is available.

The Air Boy 90 degree nozzle is now available in a new pushfit version. The function of the nozzle remains unchanged, but the pushfit connector makes it possible to remove the nozzle from the tip. The 90 degree nozzle is perfecct for cleaning out cylindrical filters etc.

The pushfit connector actively locks onto the blow gun pipe, and will not come off until the collar is lifted. Suits all 8mm dia Air Boy blow guns.

The Air Boy TURBO nozzle makes any Air Boy blow gun (with 6mm pipe) unblockable and increases airflow by 100%. The bypass nozzle makes it possible for the blow gun to absorb air through the sides, which provides for extra high airflow. The air also flows through the holes in the side, should the tip be blocked.
